For sale on our website is a stunning pendant featuring a 925 sterling silver coin from the Republic of Venice. The coin, minted during the period of Pietro Gradenigo's rule from 1289 to 1311, is a Grosso weighing 1.86 grams and measuring 20.87 mm. 
 
On the obverse side of the coin, you will find the inscription "PE GRADONICO / S M VENETI" depicting the Doge (duke) of Venice facing St. Mark, the patron saint of the city. On the reverse side, there is a facing figure of the Nimbate Jesus Christ Pantocrator, seated on a throne, with the inscriptions "IC XC" on the left and right.
